Casamo’s Old Town office located at 1010 Cameron Street is now an official Wish List drop-off site for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria – Vola Lawson Animal Shelter. The AWLA shelters, feeds and provides medical services for more than 3,500 animals each year.
Jodi Casamo, owner of Casamo Court Reporting and also three large dogs, contacted the AWLA when she realized that having her office nestled in the heart of Old Town could be a strategic drop-off point for individuals desiring to donate items. Casamo’s office is convenient by foot and also by car, with easy off-street parking access.
“Hopefully this will be a difference maker allowing for more people to donate”, says Jodi Casamo. “I love the City of Alexandria; especially the role the AWLA plays in caring for so many of our animals. It’s a privilege to help out in this way.”
